For online sessions, consultation fees need to be paid 24hrs prior to the appointment. If not, appointment stands cancelled. Rescheduling an appointment is possible 24hrs prior to the appointment time.
Once the appointment is confirmed, fees would be non-refundable or non-adjustable, unless there is a last-minute genuine reason communicated.
